Details of CMDC Recruitment 2014
The State’s Chhattisgarh Mineral Development Corporation Ltd. (CMDC) single or in joint venture, undertakes scientific explotration, commericial exploitation and viable trading of minerals in the state. Chhattisgarh, alongwith two other Indian States has almost all the coal deposits in India, which has led to its “Power hub” strategy. All the tin ore in India is in Chhattisgarh. A fifth or iron ore in the country is here, and one of the best quality iron ore deposits in the world is found in the Bailadila mines in south Chhattisgarh, from where it is exported to Japan. Rich deposits of Bauxite, Limestone, Dolomite and Corundum are found in the State. The State is lucky to have large deposits of Coal, iron ore and limestone in close proximity, making it the ideal location for the lowest costof production.
Pay Scale:
1. DGM (Mines)- Rs.15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- plus Grade pay Rs.7,600/-
2. AGM (Mines)- Rs.15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- plus Grade Pay Rs.6,600/-
3. AGM (Finance/Adminisration)-Rs.15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- plus Grade Pay Rs.6,600/-
4. Company Secretary- Rs.15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- plus Grade Pay Rs.6,600/-
5. Manager (Mines)-Rs.15,600/- to Rs.39,100/- plus Grade Pay Rs.5,400/-
6. Junior Forman (Mining)- Rs.9,300/- to Rs.34,800/- plus Grade Pay Rs.4,300/-
7. Mining Mate- Rs.5,200/- to Rs.20,200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2,400/-
Eligible Criteria for CMDC Recruitment 2014
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 35 years to 45 years for Sr. No.1 post, between 30 years to 40 years for Sr. No.2 post, between 21 years to 35 years for Sr. No. 3 to 5 posts and between 21 years to 30 years for Sr. No.6 and 7 posts. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Govt. rules.
Essential Qualification: For DGM & AGM (Mines) post candidates must have possess Mining Engineering Degree with minimum 60% marks. For AGM (Finance/Administration) post candidates musta have possess C.A., For Company Secretary post candidates must have Graduation and Membership of Institute of Company Secretary of India. For others post Mining Engineering Degree from any recognised Institute.
Selection Process : The candidates will be selected through oral Interview.
