Educational Qualification:
For the Post of Deputy Director (Public Relations) – Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Public Relation/ Advertisement or equivalent with 06 years Journalism or experience.
For the Post of Deputy Director (Planning) – Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/ Architecture/ Civil/ Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/ Sociology/ Economics or equivalent 05 years experience.
For the Post of Assistant Director (Ministerial) – Master of Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in Personnel, HR, Industrial Relation, Real Estate/Urban Management, Finance & Marketing.
For the Post of Accounts Officer – CA/ CS/ ICWA/ MBA in Finance/ Master in Financial Control or equivalent.
For the Post of Legal Assistant – Law Graduate or equivalent with 03 years experience at Bar.
For the Post of Section Officer – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
For the Post of Junior Engineer – Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Age Limit & Relaxation:
For the Posts 1,2 – Maximum Age is 40 Years.
For the Post 3 – Should be below 35 Years.
For the Posts 6 to 8 – Maximum Age is 30 Years.
For the other Posts – Maximum Age is 27 Years
The upper Age Limit will be relaxed for Reserved Category as per Government norms.
Terms & Conditions relating to DDA Recruitment 2016 – 675 Accounts Officer, Section Officer, Engineer & Other
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on Common Written Test (Trade-wise) followed by Personal Interview.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 500/-. All female candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Persons with Disabilities are exempted from paying application fee as per extant Government orders.
Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in a Regular Salary Scale as follows –
For the Post of Director – Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600/-
For the Post of Officer & Engineer – Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/-
For the Other Posts – Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,400/- (case specific)
Besides all other Allowances applicable as per Government rules.

Age Limit: Candidates should be age maximum 40 years as on 1.01.2016 for post code 1-3 & 6,8. Candidates should be age maximum 45 years for post code 7, Candidates should be age maximum 50 years for post code 5, Candidates should be age maximum 55 years for post code 4.
