Essential Requirement Criteria to the Post of Director Recruitment in MEGA Limited 2015:
Upper Age Limit : Candidates Age must not be more than 57 Years as on 04 June 2015.
Mandatory Educational Qualification : Prospective candidates should posses a Civil Engineering Degree from a Recognized State Government or Union Government Institute.
Obligatory Post Qualification Experience : At least 25 years post qualification Experience in Group ‘A’ or in Executive Service rank in Railways & Equivalent or Metro Rail Corporation. Candidates must have overall knowledge in Construction Activities, Civil works & Track work in Railway Division, Valuation of Certified or Un-certified work-in-progress, Cost recovery & Control of Contract cost etc.Candidate should have well versed working knowledge regarding Metro Rail / Railway Construction & Operations.
Increment Provisions : Extraordinary Qualified & Experienced Candidates will be posted in Higher Compensation Package. Compensation package will be increased every year varying 5% to 10% based on yearly performance of the candidate.Candidates will gel Medical Compensation as per MEGA Rules & Regulations.
Selection Procedure : Selection will be based on Personal Interview. Date, Time & Vanue of the Interview will be intimated to the Short listed candidate in due course.
