Post wise Eligibility for Goa PSC Recruitment 2015

1.Associate Professor in Neurology:

Qualification:

  1.  A recognised medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications)to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956).Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956).
  2.  Post graduate degree or equivalent in the concerned super-speciality or equivalent.
  3.  At least four years teaching/research experience in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.).
  4.  Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
NOTE: For candidate with Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae(M.Ch.) degree of three years duration, experience required is at least three years after qualifying degree.
Age: Not exceeding 45 year.

2.Lecturer in Paediatrics:

Qualification:

  1.  A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  2.  Post Graduate degree qualification in the speciality concerned or equivalent.
  3.  At least 3 years teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Senior Resident/Registrar/ Tutor/Demonstrator in a Medical College/Teaching Institution.
  4.  Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Age: Not exceecling 42 years

3. Junior Physician:

Qualification:

  1.  A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  2.  Postgraduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the speciality concerned.
  3.  In case of Diploma holders, work in responsible position connected with the speciality concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma.
  4. Knowledge of Konkani.

Age: Not exceecling 42 year
Scale of pay: Rs. 15,600-39,100+5,400/-

4. Medical Officer:
Qualification:

  1. A recognized Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 18 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 or a degree of Goa Medical School (MedicoCirurgiao).
  2. Completion of compulsory rotating internship.
  3. Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable:

  1. Experience in the general medical practice or the concerned speciality as the case may be.
  2. Knowledge of Marathi.

Age: not exceecling 42 year

5.Lectures:

Qualification:

  1. A qualification included in Part I or Part II of the Schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948).
  2. Post-Graduate qualification in Dentistry i.e. Master of Dental Surgery in concerned speciality/subject from a recognized institution or equivalent.
  3.  Should be registered with Dental Council.
  4. Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable:

  1. One year teaching experience after post graduation in a recognized Institute.
  2. Three years experience as Registrar/Tutor/Senior Resident/Demonstrator in the concerned speciality of Dentistry in a recognized Dental College/Medical College with Dental Wing/Dental Institution.
  3. Knowledge of Marathi.

Age: Not exceecling 42 Years

6.Anaesthetist:

qualification:

  1. M.B.B.S. from a recognized Medical College.
  2. Post Graduation (M.D.) in Anaesthesia from a recognized Institution or equivalent.
  3. Should be registered with the Medical Council of India.
  4. Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable:

  1.  Two years experience after P.G. (M.D.) in a recognized Hospital.
  2. Knowledge of Marathi.

Age: Not exceecling 42 year

7.Lecturer in Psychiatry:
qualification:

  1. A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Section 13 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
  2. Post Graduate degree qualification in the speciality concerned or equivalent.
  3. At least 3 years teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Senior Resident/Registrar/ Tutor/Demonstrator in a Medical College/Teaching Institution.
