Eligibility Criteria for Join Indian Army Rally Jorhat 2020-21:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates minimum pass 8th/ 10th/ 12th Pass or equivalent from recognized Board, Institute, or University.
Vacancy Details:
Soldier General Duty, Soldier Technical, Soldier Technical (Aviation/ Ammunition Examiner), Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical, Soldier Tradesman.
Age Limit:
For Soldier General Duty – 17 ½ – 21 years.
Others – 17 ½ – 23 Years.

Selection Process:
(i) Physical Measurement (At Rally Site): Physical measurements will be carried out as per the Physical standards listed in Para 2 above.
(ii) Medical Test:
(a) As per laid down medical standards at the Rally Site.
(b) Unfit candidates will be referred to as MH / CH / BH for specialist review. Candidates referred for specialist review should present themselves to the nominated MH / CH / BH for medical on 05th day from date of generation of medical review baring Sundays and closed holidays and report back to ARO for the issue of Admit Card for CEE, in the case declared medical FIT.
(iii) Written Test through Common Entrance Examination (CEE):
(a) Will be conducted for medically fit candidates at the nominated venue. Location, Date, and time of the written test will be intimated at the rally site and through Admit Cards.
(b) Admit cards for the CEE for the Rally Fit candidates will be issued at Rally Site itself.
(c) Admit card for the CEE for the Review Fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned specialist/ specialists at MH / CH / BH.
How to Apply for Indian Army Rally Jorhat 2020-21:
Candidates can register for Join Indian Army Rally Jorhat 2020 Apply Online through the website joinindianarmy.nic.in from 25 Dec 2020 to 23 Jan 2021.
Admit Card Published Date: Admit Cards for the rally will be sent to the registered e-mail of the candidates from 24 Jan 2021 to 30 Jan 2021.
Rally Date & Venue: 06 Feb 2021 to 19 Feb 2021 at Mariani, Assam.
Army Recruitment Rally District Name: Upper Assam (Jorhat, Majuli, Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Sivasagar, Charaideo, Dhemaji, North Lakhimpur and Karbi Anglong)
Candidate can apply in only one category: If anyone is found registered for multiple trade/category, he will be disqualified and will not be considered for any trade/category. Choose wisely before applying.
Candidates are required to bring the following documents/certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site:-
(a) Admit Card: Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size).
(b) Photograph: Twenty copies of unattested Passport size color photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computer printouts / photoshopped photographs will NOT be accepted.
(c) Education Certificates:
(i) Education Certificates with marks sheet in original of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric / Intermediate / Graduation etc from recognized School / College / Board / University.
(ii) Provisional / online education certificate should be certified true copy and be ink signed by the
head of the educational institution of concerned Board / University.
(iii) Candidates with matric certificate from Open School should bring School Leaving Certificate countersigned by BEO / DEO.
(iv) 8the Class pass mark sheet and transfer certificate issued by the school should be countersigned by the District Inspector of School/ District Education Officer.
(d) Domicile Certificate: Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar / District Magistrate.
(e) Caste Certificate: Caste Certificate affixed with a photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar / District Magistrate.
(f) Religion Certificate: Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar / SDM. (if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).
(g) School Character Certificate: School Character Certificate issued by the School / College Principal / Headmaster, where the candidate last studied.
(h) Character Certificate: Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch / Municipal
A corporation within the last six months.
(j) Unmarried Certificate: Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph
issued by Village Sarpanch / Municipal Corporation within the last six months.
(k) Relationship Certificate: SOS / SOEX / SOW / SOWW Candidates are required to produce the following documents on the rally site.
(l) NCC Certificate: NCC A / B / C certificates and Republic Day Parade certificate should have a photograph of the candidate duly attested by the issuing authority. Provisional NCC A / B / C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders.
(m) Sports Certificat: Sportsmen who have represented India at the International level and State at the National level within the last two years. For a list of sports under which, relaxation in physical standards is admissible, attention is invited to joinindianarmy.nic.in website.
(n) Affidavit: Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by the candidate. The format of the affidavit is as per Appendix B.
(o) Single Bank: A/C, PAN Card & AADHAR Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & allowances and other social benefits scheme.
