Educational Qualification:-
1. For Officer Scale- I: The candidates who have degree of graduation in Agriculture, Pisciculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Forestry, Agriculture, Cooperation information technology, Law, Economics and Accountancy with qualified certificate of CWE RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/October 2014.
2. For Officer Scale-II (GBO): Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Marketing, Finance, Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary science, Pisciculture, IT or other relevant with qualified certificate of CWE RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/October 2014.
3. For Officer Scale –III: Diploma/Bachelor degree in Banking, Marketing, finance, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal husbandry, agriculture Engineering, Veterinary science or other relevant subject with qualified certificate of CWE RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/October 2014.
4. For Office Assistant (Multi-purpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with proficiency in local language with knowledge of computer operating with qualified certificate of CWE RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/October 2014.

Officer (Scale I, II & III) :-
Rs.20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) :-

Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Kashi Gomti Samyut Gramin Bank or Union Bank of India by means of a Payment challan (as applicable to them for the post applied for) available in the Bank’s website (www.kgsgbank.co.in).
Language Proficiency:- The candidates applying for the posts of Officer Scale I and Office Assistants (Multi-purpose) are required to possess proficiency in the local language of the state/UT i.e. Hindi (The condition does not apply for the posts of Officer Scale II and III). For ensuring proficiency in local language, the candidate should have :-
a) Local language i.e. Hindi at 10th Std level
OR
b) Native language i.e. Hindi at 10th Std level
OR
c) Local Language i.e. Hindi at any level upto graduation level.
Probation Period:-
1. Selected candidates in Group “A” (Officer cadre) will be on probation for Two years.
2. Selected Candidates in Group “B” (Office Asstt.) will be on probation for One Years.
Selection Procedure:-
For Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) :- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs-CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/October 2014 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

Call Letters for the Interview:-
All eligible candidates will be issued call letters at the correspondence address given by the candidates in their application form, which will be sent by post/ courier.
Candidate has to affix his/her photograph on the call letter. Candidate has to bring this call letter along with original fee payment receipt and requisite enclosures while attending the Interview without which they will not be allowed to take up the Interview.
