Total Number of Vacancy-40
Name of the Posts
Driver (Group C): 02 posts
Process Server (Group D): 15 posts
Peon/ Orderly/ NWM/ Sweeper (Group D): 23 posts
Qualification:
Qualification for the posts of Group C: Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent from any recognized School, Board or institution.
Candidates should possess a valid licence of Light Motor Vehicle.
Knowledge of motor mechanism and experience of driving a motor car for at least three years.
Qualification for the posts of Group D: Candidates must have passed Class VIII Examination from any recognized educational institute.
Age Limit as on 13/10/2014
Age limit for Group C posts: Candidates age must have 21 years to 32 years for the posts of Driver. Upper age limit shall be relaxed in respect of reserved categories as per relevant rules.
Age limit for Group D Posts: Candidates age must have 18 years to 37 years for the posts of Process Server/ Peon/ Orderly/ NWM/ Sweeper etc.
Application Fees:
The candidates applying for Group-C posts are required to deposit fees of Rs.100/- only in shape of Treasury Challan under the head “0070-Other Administrative Services-01-Administration of Justice-501-Service and Service Fees-9904650-
Law Department-9916730-Examination fees for recruitment conducted by Orissa District & Sub-ordinate Courts” along with application forms.
Application fees are exempted for the candidates of SC/ST and Group-D category.
Selection Process:
For Group C Posts:
Written Examination and Trade Test.
For Group D posts
Written Examination and Viva Voce.
List of Documents to be submitted along with Application
1) Self-attested copy of certificate showing required educational qualification
2) Age (date of birth) certificate/ Proof of age.
3) Self-attested copy of L.M.V. Driving Licence (Applicable for the posts of Driver only)
4) Caste Certificate (Wherever required)
5) Original Treasury Challan showing deposit of fee for recruitment examination.
6) Two recent (self-signed) passport size photographs.
7) Two self addressed envelopes affixing postage stamp of Rs.5/- on each.
How to Apply:
