Eligibility Criteria for Forest and Climate Change (MoEF) Recruitment 2020
Educational Qualification – MoEF Recruitment 2020:
Associates (Legal) – A: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized University and/ or (Forty Institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of Thousand India and having experience of more than one (1) only) 1 ear and up to two (2) years.
Associates (Legal) – B: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized University and/ or (Fifty Institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of Thousand India and having experience of more than two (2) only) ears and up to three (3) years.
Associates (Legal) – C: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent from a recognized University and/ or (Sixty Institute in India, recognized by the Bar Council of India and having experience of more than three (3) years.
Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council, under the provisions of The Advocates Act, 1961.
Desirable: (i) experience of handling cases related o environment, forests, biodiversity, and wildlife -tc.in a Government of India or State Government apartment/ Board;
ii) possessing a Diploma/ Certificate of specialization in related subjects/ fields from a recognized University/ Institution.
