Eligible Criteria for NCDC Recruitment 2015 – 71 Director & Officer

Educational Qualification, Experience and Age Limit:

1) Dy. Director Sugar: Candidates should possess Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in executive capacity, in operating / implementing / maintaining sugar mill and conversant with use of computer and related software. A course in Sugar Engineering conducted by reputed sugar institutes is desirable. As on 15/05/2015 candidates upper age limit should be 35 years.

2) Dy. Director Civil: Candidates should possess BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering. And 5 years experience in executive capacity in construction / designing / maintaining of buildings / warehouses and other civil works and conversant with use of computer and related software. As on 15/05/2015 candidates upper age limit should be 35 years.

3) Dy. Director Finance: Candidates should possess Bachelors Degree with 2 years full time or 3 years part time MBA, with specialization in Finance or Post Graduation in Commerce / Cost Accountant / Chattered Accountant. With 5 years post qualification experience in executive capacity in finance, accounts, audit, project appraisal, in a financial / bank / developmental institution, and also conversant with use of computer and related software. Upper age limit for the candidates should be 35 years as on 15/05/2015.

4) Dy. Director Fisheries: Candidates should possess Bachelors Degree with 2 years full time or 3 years part time MBA, with specialization in Marketing / Finance or Post Graduation in Fisheries. With minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in executive capacity, in maintaining / implementing / operating / quality control etc. of units in the field of Fisheries and conversant with use of computer and related software. Upper age limit for the candidates should be 35 years as on 15/05/2015.

5) Dy. Director General: Candidates should possess Bachelors Degree with 2 years full time or 3 years part time MBA, with specialization in Marketing / Finance or Post Graduation in Commerce / Economics / Statistics / Rural Management / Agri-business / Cooperative Management / Banking / Insurance, or Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant. With minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in executive capacity in taxation, finance, accounts, costing, risk assessment, audit, resource management, financing, project appraisal, monitoring, evaluation and allied functions in a financial / bank / developmental institution and also conversant with use of computer and related software. Upper age limit for the candidates should be 35 years as on 15/05/2015.
