Selection Process:
The selection of the Candidates will be based on the performance in the Common Written Examination followed by a Personal Interview conducted by the Competent Authority.
Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in the Regular Pay Scale as follows –
» General Manager: Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/-
» Deputy General Manager & Manager (Legal & Finance): Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- (Rs. 6,600/- for Manager)
» Assistant Manager & Office Assistant: Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,800/- (Rs. 4,200/- for Office Assistant)
Apart from this, the candidates will entitle to get DA, HRA & Other allowances applicable as per Government rules.
