Essential Qualification for Odisha Discoms Recruitment 2014:
1) Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET):
Candidates have to possess degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks
2) Management Trainee (MT):
Candidates have to possess CA/ICWA
3) Jr.Accountant:
For Junior Accountant posts candidates have to possess Inter CA/ Inter ICWA/M Comm.with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
Age Limit as on 01/09/2014
1) Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET):
Minimum age 21 years and Maximum age 32 years
2) Management Trainee (MT):
Minimum age 21 years and Maximum age 32 years
3) Jr.Accountant: 30 posts:

Remuneration and Pay Scale
For the post at Sl no-1 & 2, selected candidates shall be appointed as Graduate Engg.Trainee (GET) and Management Trainee MT (Finance) for a period of 01 year with a consolidated stipend of Rs 12,000/- per month.On successful completion of the training and appraisal by a Committee, Graduate Engg.Trainee and Management Trainee (Finance) shall be considered for absorption in the E-3 grade in the pay scale of 15,600/-to 39,100/-as pay band 3 with grade pay of Rs 5,400/-p.m. Remuneration for the Sl NO 3 Rs.8000/- and pay scale Rs.5200/- to Rs.20,200/- with Grade pay Rs.3,300/- as pay band-1.
