Eligibility Criteria for Odisha State Cooperative Bank Recruitment 2016 – 17 CEO Posts

Educational Qualification : Candidate must be a Graduate (10+2+3) in any discipline from UGS Recognized University with Diploma in Cooperative Business Management or CA/ CWA may also apply to the aforesaid post.
Essential Experience : The candidates should have Eight Years post qualification Experience at the middle/ senior level in the Banking sector.
Age Limit : Candidates age should not be more than 50 Years as on 01.04.16. The Upper age limit will be relaxed for deserving cases as per Government rules.
Salary Scale : Selected candidates will be placed in a Regular Pay Scale of Rs.28350 – Rs.41400/- Apart from this all other allowances are applicable as per Government rules. The Salary Scale is also negotiable for the deserving candidates.
Selection Procedure : Selection will be done on the basis of IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel & Selection) Exam performance followed by Group Discussion.

Educational Qualification

Eligible candidates must have Graduate with CAIIB (both parts)/ DBF/Diploma in cooperative business
management of equivalent qualification

OR

Chartered/Cost Accountant

OR

Candidates must posses post graduate degree in any discipline

Experience: Applicants must have minimum 8 years working experience at the middle/senior level in the
Banking sector. Senior/middle level for the purpose shall be taken as the 3rd level (scale/cadre) onward (with first 2 level (scale/cadres)in the officer cadre) or as the highest two levels (scale/cadres) below
the level of CEO.

Selection Process

The selection may be through the Institute of Banking personnel and Selection (IBPS), Mumbai preferably
through a viva voce Test and Group Discussion. The test and Group Discussionwill centre round the banking business, leadership qualities, H.R issues etc that are meant for the Chief Executive. The details will be
made known in due course.

Matriculation/High school examination certificate or an equivalent certificate to establish the date of  birth.
All certificate pertaining to the career of the candidates as mentioned in the application format.
