Eligibility Criteria For RBI Recruitment 2021 –
Educational Qualification
The candidate should have passed the 10th Standard (S.S.C./Matriculation) from the recognized State Education Board or equivalent. Ex-servicemen who have passed the qualifying examination from outside the recruitment zone either before or after leaving the military service are also eligible.
Age Limit
The normal age limit of 25 years (28 years for OBC and 30 years for SC/ST as per category relaxation provided by the Government of India) as on January 01, 2021, is further relaxed to the extent of the number of years of service in the Armed Forces plus 3 years subject to the maximum upper age limit of 45 years. The upper age limit of 45 years is uniformly applicable to candidates belonging to all categories inclusive of reserved candidates.

At present, the initial monthly Gross emoluments for Security Guards are approximately ₹27,678/- including House Rent Allowance @ of 15%.

Eligibility Criteria RBI Medical Consultant Recruitment 2020
Educational Qualification – RBI Recruitment 2020:
1. The applicant should at a minimum, possess an MBBS degree of any recognized university in the Allopathic system of medicine recognized by the Medical Council of India.
2. The applicant should have a minimum of two years’ experience in practicing medicine in any hospital or clinic as a medical practitioner.
3. The applicant should have his/her dispensary or place of residence within a radius of 3-5 km from the Bank’s dispensaries at the aforementioned locations.
4. The remuneration of Bank’s Medical Consultant on a contract basis will be fixed with reference to the actual duty hours performed and will be all-inclusive.
5. The contract for engagement will be for a period of 03 (three) years. There will not be any renewal for engagement on completion of the period of contract.

Pay Scale – RBI Recruitment 2020:
1. Rs.850/- per hour valid for the entire period of contract i.e., three years.
2. Out of the total monthly remuneration so payable, a sum of Rs.1000/- per month shall be treated as conveyance expenses.
Selection Procedure – RBI Recruitment 2020:
1. The Bank will be conducting an interview for the shortlisted eligible candidates. The Bank reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards etc. in order to limit the number of candidates to be called for interview. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final. Mere fulfilling the eligibility criteria will not entitle a candidate to be called for an interview. Apart from those who may be called for an interview, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence with the applicants who will not be called for the interview.
2. The shortlisted applicants after the interview will be subjected to medical tests as per prescribed norms before entering into a contract with the Bank for rendering services as Bank’s Medical Consultant (BMC). The cost of these medical tests will have to be borne by the applicants.

Educational Qualification: The candidate should have the right mix of IT, administrative, banking qualification i.e. degree/postgraduate degree from a recognized University/Institution in Science, Engineering, Technology, or Management. For candidates with a Ph.D. from a recognized University/ Institution in an area of relevance to IDRBT and currently active in such work areas, relaxation can be considered in educational qualification.
Experience: Candidate should have relevant, 20+ years of work experience, within banks, financial industry, the technology sector, or academia. Candidate should possess deep knowledge of financial technologies related issues combined with outstanding administrative skills and track record of leading projects to a successful conclusion. The candidates should have experience of leading senior-level teams for at least 3 years (i.e. rank equivalent to CGM in RBI). Candidates looking for Deputation will be considered subject to the submission of No Objection Certificate from the Competent Authority of the Institute/Organization.
Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not be more than 62 years as on October 1, 2020.
Relaxation: The appointment of the Director will be on a contract basis with an initial term of three years, extendable up to five years based on a review of performance or attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. The contract may be terminated by giving three months’ notice by either side.
Compensation and Posting: 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) level-17 of ₹2,25,000/- (basic pay) as applicable to Director of Centrally Funded Technical Institutions like IITs/IIMs, etc. in addition to Campus bungalow and other perquisites. The place of posting will be Hyderabad.
Selection Process: The Search-cum-selection Committee reserves the right to fill this position by invitation and selection done by the committee will be final.
