After community-wise accommodating Physically Handicapped candidates provisionally shortlisted for being called in Document & Candidature verification against 4655 notified vacancies, remaining community-wise vacancies for NON-PH candidates are: UR – 2308, OBC – 1177, SC – 684 & ST – 359 (total 4528). Thus, for the next stage of selection process, i.e., for Document & Candidature verification and Medical Examination, based on merit of Written
Examination, 4528 non-PH candidates are being called in Main List while 934 other non PH candidates are being called as 20% extra candidates. Hence, out of 7323 candidates who qualified PET, only 5462 candidates (based on merit of Written Examination) are being called for Document & Candidature verification. Thus, 1861 candidates who qualified both written examination and PET, are not eligible for next stage because they are lower in merit of written examination. In addition, 127 PH candidates are being called in main list and 18 as 20% extra for Document & Candidature verification.

The Document & Candidature verification process is commencing from 06.07.2015. All the 5607 candidates being called for Document & Candidature verification are hereby informed that they must report for verification on the scheduled date, time and venue as mentioned in their call letter. In case of non-receipt of call letter through POST, the candidate can download and print the call letter from RRC’s Website and report at Railway Recruitment Cell, East Central Railway, Polson Complex, Dighaghat, Patna on the date and time as shown on the call letter alongwith the following documents in original and one set of self-attested photocopy of each document.
