Pay Scale:
For Staff Nurse post:- Pay Scale Rs.9300/- to Rs.34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs.4260/-.
For Orderly post:- Pay Scale Rs.4440/- to Rs.7440/- plus Grade Pay Rs.1300/-.
Eligible Criteria for SKIMS Staff Nurse & Orderly post
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 years to 40 years as on 1st January, 2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules. Upper age relaxable is 40 years in case of candidates already in Government service/ contractual employees, 42 years in case of physically challenged candidates, 43 years in case of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe candidates / RBA / ALC / Social Caste & 48 years in case of Ex-Servicemen.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have possess B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic Nursing for Staff Nurse post and Candidates must have passed between Matric to Higher Secondary (10+2) for Orderly post.
Application Fee: Candidates shall deposit fees of Rs.300/- (for Staff Nurse) and Rs.100/- (for Orderly) in any of the branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the account number specified and printed on the payment challan and obtain the candidate’s counterfoil copy of the application fee payment challan duly authenticated by the bank with (a) Branch Name & Code No. (b) Transaction No. and (c) Date of Deposit filled by the branch official as the same are mandatory for the final submission of the application form.
Selection Process: The candidates will be selected through written test and oral Interview. The shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for an oral interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of the aggregate marks secured by the candidates in both written test and oral interview.
How to Apply for SKIMS Recruitment 2014
Eligible applicants would be reqired to Register and Apply ONLINE only through SKIMS’s website www.skims.ac.in from 21st October, 2014 to 16th November, 2014. After submitting the application through Online, a Registration-cum-Application Form will be generated. The downloaded print outs of the application forms along with the Bank Challan & the attested copies of following certificates shall be received either in person or by registered post in the Office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Policu), by or before the last date of receipt of applications:
1. Qualification certificates (Academic/Professional).
2. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation)
3. Marks certificate’s
4. Permanent resident certificate
5. Reserved category certificate, if applicable.
6. Certificate of being married / Un-married from a Grazetted Officer in case of famely Candidates if falling under any reserved category.
