Educational Qualification :
Candidates should be completed master in Public Health/ Master in Health Administration/ Master of Social Work (Health & Mental Health or Public Health)/ M.A. (Counselling or Clinical Psychology) for Post No. 1, Master in Public Health/ Master in Health Administration/ Master of Social Work/M.A. (Psychology) for Post No. 2, Master of Arts/ M.Sc. (Bio-Statistics)/ Master in Public Health/ Master in Population Studies/Master in Health Administration. Desirable qualification: PhD in any of the above subjects for Post No. 3 Post graduate in Social Work (Health & Mental Health or Public Health or Community Organisation)/ M.A. (Counselling or Clinical Psychology)/ Master in Public Health/ Master in Health Administration for Post No. 4 and Graduate/Post graduate in any field for Post No. 5
Compensation Package :
Selected candidates will be placed in Consolidated Salary Package as follows –
1. Programme Manager – Rs. 70,000/- per Month
2. Programme Officer – Rs. 50,000/- per Month
3. Regional Coordinator – Rs. 75,000/- to Rs. 85,000/- per Month
4. Counselor – Rs. 17,000/- per Month
5. Secretary to Programme Director cum Admin Assistant – Rs. 32,210/- per Month
Selection Process :
Candidates will be selected based on Written Test followed by Personal Interview.
