1. M.A. in Bengali
Eligibility: Graduate (10+2+3) of any recognized University and have studied at least 300 marks in Bengali and passed successfully.
2. M.A. in English
Eligibility: Graduate (10+2+3) of any recognized University and have studied at least 300 marks in English and passed successfully.
3. M.A. in English Language Teaching
Eligibility: Graduate (10+2+3) with English / Linguistics and have studied at least 300 marks in English/Linguistics and passed successfully.
B. Courses Offered by School of Social Sciences
1. M.A. in History
Eligibility: Graduate (10+2+3) of any recognized University and have studied at least 300 marks in History and passed successfully.
2. M.A. in Political Science
Eligibility: Graduate (10+2+3) of any recognized University and have studied at least 300 marks in Political Science and passed successfully.
3. M.A. in Public Administration
Eligibility: Graduate (10+2+3) with Public Administration / Political Science / Sociology / Economics and have studied at least 300 marks in Public Administration / Political Science / Sociology / Economics and passed successfully.
C. Course Offered by School of Education
1. M.A. in Education
Eligibility: Graduate (10+2+3) with Education and have studied at least 300 marks in Education and passed successfully or other Graduate with B.Ed. / B.Ed. (SEDE).
D. Courses Offered by School of Sciences
1. M.Sc. in Mathematics
Eligibility: Preferably Honours Graduate (10+2+3) in Mathematics. Others Graduates may be considered if they studied at least 300 marks in Mathematics at the undergraduate level and secured at least 55% marks in Mathematics.
2. M.Sc. in Geography
Eligibility: Honours Graduate in Geography
3. M.Sc. in Zoology
Eligibility: Honours Graduate in Zoology
E. Courses Offered by School of Professional Studies
1. M.Com
Eligibility: B.Com. / BBA Graduate of any recognized University.
2. M.A. in Social Work (MSW)
Eligibility: Graduate with Sociology / Political Science / History / Public Administration / Economics / Anthropology and have studied at least 300 marks in above mentioned subject and passed successfully.
3. Master of Library & Information Science
Eligibility: Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) degree from a recognized University / Other Graduate with at least 300 marks of study in Library Science / Library and Information Science / Information Science.
4. Bachelor of Library & Information Science
Eligibility: Graduate 45% in Hon’s Subjects for Hon’s Graduate, 50% in aggregate for pass Graduate having 3 subjects.
Course Duration:
1. Master of Library & Information Science and Bachelor of Library & Information Science are of 1 year duration (Registration will be valid for 3 years).
2. All Other Post Graduate courses are of 2 year duration (Registration will be valid for 5 years).

A. Fees for Offlice Payment Mode (Through Bank Challan):
1. M.A. (Bengali, English, History, Political Science, M.Com., Public Administration, Social Work, English Language Teaching and Education): (Course Fee- Rs.2400/- + Other Charges Rs.480/- + Bank Charges Rs.35/-).
2. M.Sc. in Mathematics: (Course Fee- Rs.4000/- + Other Charges Rs.480/- + Bank Charges Rs.35/-).
3. M.Sc. (Geography and Zoology): (Course Fee- Rs.16000/- to be paid at time of counselling + Other Charges Rs.150/- + Bank Charges Rs.35/-).
4. Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS): (Course Fee- Rs.5700/- + Other Charges Rs.480/- + Bank Charges Rs.35/-).
5. Bachelor of Library & Information Science (BLIS): (Course Fee- Rs.3000/- + Other Charges Rs.480/- + Bank Charges Rs.35/-).

- Verification and Endorsement of Application Form by the Study Centre: 25-07-2015 to 30-08-2015
- Final Submission of Application Form to the Study Centres after Payment of Fees: 27-07-2015 to 30-08-2015.
How to Apply NSOU PG Course Admission 2015
The applicant need to submit online the application form and take print out of the filled in application form & three-part pay-in-slip from Netaji Subhash Open University website http://bdp.wbnsouadmissions.com
The applicants then needs to visit any branch of Allahabad Bank during banking hours to deposit his/her admission and application fees using the pre-printed challan collected at the time of online submission and stamped by the co-ordinator on verification. After due payment he/she must obtain from the bank two copies of Bank Challans, one copy for his/her own record and one copy for the University.
