Important Notification for WBSCTE JEXPO Special Counseling 2014
All valid rank holders (within 60,001 to 94399 Ranks) of LLQ, ST & PC categories that
1) The candidates will be allowed to register their names and fill choices against remaining vacant seats from 14th July 2014 to 16th July 2014.
2) Candidates who already registered their names for WBSCTE JEXPO counseling 2014 and filled their choices during first phase counseling but could not acquire any seat till third phase counseling will have to register their names afresh and fill their choices. They have to follow the same procedure for JEXPO Special Counseling 2014 as they did earlier.
3) Candidates who did not / could not register their names for WBSCTE JEXPO counseling 2014 during first phase counseling have to register their names afresh and fill their choices. They have to follow the same procedure as notified for the first phase counseling. Notification in this regard is still available in this website.
4) There are no LLQ, PC or ST category seats in Self-financed polytechnics. So, candidates of LLQ, PC and ST categories (having ranks from 60001 to 94399 having ranks from 60001 to 94399 having ranks from 60001 to 94399) need not to fill choices under self-financed polytechnics.
5) Filling choices by the candidates does not ensure any allotment. Allotment of a seat to a candidate depends on his/her Rank, Choices and their orders, Choices given by higher rank holders and above all availability of vacant seats
6) On declaration of the allotment results, successful candidates have to report to their respective allotted polytechnics within the specified last date within the specified last date within the specified last date of admission of admission of admission with all necessary documents as will be mentioned in the allotment letters.
7) There will be no up-gradation facility for this WBSCTE JEXPO Special Counseling 2014 Process.
