WBSCVT ITI Last Phase Online Open Counseling Process
Left out Vacant seats for all Govt. ITIs will be filled up through Online Open Counselling (“First come-first serve” basis) by eligible applicants only.
Eligibility for WB ITI Open Counseling 2017
Only eligible Woman applicants will be allowed to take participate in Online Open Counselling against vacant seats of 4nos. of Women ITIs (Kolkata, Banipur, Burdwan & Siliguri).
All Categories of eligible applicants (both male & female) will be allowed to take participate in the Online Open Counselling for vacant seats in ITI for Physically Challenged Boys & Girls.
All applicants who have participated in previous phases of counselling (except those candidates who have got admitted in any Govt. ITI) by paying counselling fee Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for Kanyashree Candidates) via E-Cash coupons will be allowed to take participate in the above said WBSCVT ITI Open Counseling 2017.

Important Note: Candidates allotted through IMC quota have to pay fees as prescribed in the “WB ITI Fee Structure” menu for IMC candidates. All other candidates have to pay fees as mentioned in the “WBSCVT ITI Fee Structure” menu.

- Enter Candidates “Application NO.” and “Date of Birth”
- Next Click on “Login” button
- Next click on “Click here for Open Counselling” Option
- You Have got Vacant WB ITI Govt./Participating Pvt. ITI College Name and Trade
- Chose Any one Trade and Click on “Go For Allotment” Option
- Next Click on “Proceed for Seat Allotment” Option
- Next Click “OK” option on “Verify your Details and Click on Print allotment letter immediately” popup window.
- Your Final Allotment Paper will be came and Print it.
- Next you go for Admission same college with Medical Report, School Living Certificate on 10-08-2015, 11:00 am. to 05:00 pm.

WBSCVT ITI 4th Open Counseling and Admission System
All candidates who did not get allotted or admitted in any Govt. ITI/ITC/Jr. Polytecnic though 1st or 2nd & 3rd counseling only be eligible for 4th Last Phase Open counseling within a specified time period to be notified in www.wbscvt.net.
A dynamic vacancy list of institute wise trade courses will be intimated in the www.wbscvt.net at time of counseling (12-09-2014 from 12:00 noon onwards).
How to Apply for WBSCVT ITI 4th Open Counselling
For open Counselling system, eligible candidates may login to the www.wbscvt.net using their user name and password within a given time period and can provide only one choice of trade for one Institute. As per availability of seats, the selected seat will be allotted against his/her name and allotment letter against his/her name will be issued. The same seat will be removed from the available list of trades. Candidates can provide their choice until seats are available. The allocation of seat will be done on First come First Serve basis and no rank position will be considered for this of counselling.
WBSCVT ITI 4th Phase (Last) Admission Date
Admission for all 4th phase allotted candidates will be held on and from 12th September, 2014 to 15th September, 2014 on all working days from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. No admission will be done from the 4th phase allotted candidates after 15th September, 2014.
