Eligibility Criteria for WBSETCL Recruitment 2016 – Director Posts

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have completed Graduation Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from the Government recognized University or Institution.

Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates Age should not be more than 57 Yeras as on 31.07.2016. The upper Age Limit will be relaxed for Reserved Category as per Government norms.

Post-qualification Experience:
Candidates should posses at least 20 Years of Post-qualification experience in the relevant field.

Tenure of Appointment:
The position is on contract for an initial duration of 3 years with the conditions of performance review at the end of each year, likely to review of the contract subjected to maximum age of 60 years.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in the Personal Interview.

Salary Scale:
Selected candidates will be placed in a Regular Pay scale of Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 10,000/- besides Dearness Allowance and all other Allowances applicable as per Government rules.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have passed the Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University or Institute with good academic records.

Age Limit:
